An excellent experience at L’Emblème! The setting is magnificent, the atmosphere very pleasant and the cuisine of high quality. Each dish was tasty and well presented. The staff are welcoming and professional, with a special mention for Paul, who was particularly attentive and friendly throughout the meal. I highly recommend!

Disappointing experience. Far too much waiting and not even a little something to nibble while waiting, despite a request made in a joking tone. The waiter was not receptive, and we had to call on him each time to get water, lemon for the fish, etc.It was explained to us that colleagues were sick… Perhaps, but true or false, that does not excuse everything. A customer forgives slow service more easily if the welcome is careful: a simple gesture like quickly bringing drinks and a few chips would have been enough to make the wait more pleasant.But the worst part is the bill: an extra dessert on the bill! An error that could have passed if the service had been up to par, but this was the icing on the cake… and not in a good way. And not even a digestive offered to apologize! A little stiff, no? Times may be tough, but building customer loyalty always pays off more than frustrating them.In short, a disappointing experience that doesn’t make you want to come back.

A huge thank you to Nolaan for his professionalism and impeccable organization of this Social Dinner. Everything was perfectly orchestrated, and this was felt throughout the evening. The service was impeccable, a big thank you to Mohamed, who was smiling, pleasant and always attentive. The bartender did a remarkable job, with perfectly made cocktails.As for the food, everything was delicious, thanks to the Chef! I had excellent feedback from my partners on the quality of the products, the dinner as well as the atmosphere and setting of the restaurant. An experience that made everyone agree.Well done to the whole team and see you soon!
